Part way between ridgmont school and lane to segenhoe manor farm

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 402483.

There is a collapsed culvert, next to footpath. water goes into a large pipe under the field. the pipe is open apart fron a piece of mesh partialy covering the pipe entrance. during flooding water roars into this pipe, huge danger of a child being washed away as its next to the footpath. ditch has collapsed due to flooding. very dangerous.
