I just want to add photographs to this report, which show how chunks of the tarmac have jumped out of the already repaired pothole next to the drain cover. When a lorry goes over the drain cover it sounds like a pistol shot. I don't think the previous reports make it evident how serious this is with the heavy weight of traffic on it.
