Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 402973.

Cars obstructing road at school times making crossing the road and driving past dangerous. Car parking on double yellow lines and zig zags. Twice a day 08.45-09.00 and 14.50-15.20. Usually the same cars parking in these spaces, this needs further patrolling.
