Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 403636.

Drain grill is permanently blocked, rain water flow builds up creating excess water flow on road and pavement. My property, No. 25 has damp and mould issues. Maybe a cleared water flow passed the immediate area would help !
