Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404241.

Resident has had a VXO installed but continues to leave a plant pot with a sign that says "no parking no turning." They are placing this on the public highway, on the white H Bar

    We have already been made aware of this issue from a separate report and any action or updates will be undertaken on that reference number. we will send a letter to the resident to remove the sign as this is on public highway
