Overhanging hedge

Reported via mobile in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 12:23, Wednesday 20 March 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404336.

A green hedge on the boundary of a property has overgrown over the pavement by 2-3-feet. It is making it nearly impossible for people to walk down the pavement with a buggy or to walk holding your childs hand to school. The owner of the hedge should be told to cut it back immediatley.

  • Another customer called regarding this enquiry. Customer advised that the hedge has not been cut and his children as many others have to walk into the street as there is no space on the footpath due the overgrown hedge. Customer is very worried as the street is very busy and very dangerous for childer to walk onto the street. Email send to Tree Officers.
