Outside Pictures of Lily shop, Hitchin St

Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 21:24, Wednesday 20 March 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404393.

Block paving has subsided, in pedestrian area. Wife stumbled down it, fell and struck upper body and chin against wooden planter (see picture) resulting in extensive bruising to chest and chin, along with bad scrapes to both knees. These injuries could easily have been much more severe especially to a lady of senior years. I strongly urge you to fill/fix this subsidence before someone else suffers a fall due to the same issue.
