Junction with access road to Broad Rush Green garages

This junction is used by vans and cars to turn, and the heavy bin lorry to access the rear of the properties and despite some attempts by the local residents it has been in poor state for years.

"FixMyStreet" says this isn't maintained by the council, but title map (see photos, Land Registry BD12948) shows all the area north of the end property doesn't belong to the residents, and the footpaths and greenery *are* maintained by the council, so that (hopefully!) does include the junction itself.
