Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404709.

The signage here is really poor. Three times in the last week I have been turning right off the main onto the side road to broom and cars have over taken me. On all threee occasions I have had to stop my turn and take evasive action.

In addition to dangerous driving I think the lack of provision of adequate signage means car drivers are not realising they are overtaking at a junction. There are no road markings to indicate a turning, the turning is after a bend and there is no signs indicating a turning is imminent and warn of danger. At the junction itself the sign is very small, hard to observe and not lit.

All this is contrubuting to a level of risk that will result in serious injury.
