Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405190.

Surface drains blocked. Ditch is blocked and needs clearing urgently, been reported twice and been reported as attended to both times which is incorrect, no work action has been carried out in the last 4+years , councillors should look into any false work costs as no work has been done and public money is being paid to someone for doing nothing!!
