Rain gully side of house

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405313.

This has been flooding since before Xmas. Already reported: gully flooded and not clearing. Reported recently but no response. Think blockage from high street coming into our listed property; please help.

    We plan to inspect the site during the next instance of significant rainfall (that takes place during working hours) and decide on the best course of action.
