At the top of Allenby Avenue on the junction with Jeans Way in the centre of the road.

Reported via iOS in the Road Potholes category anonymously at 10:03, Fri 19 April 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405678.

A new pothole has developed over the last three months very close to another previously reported and repaired pothole. As the top of Allenby Avenue is a popular vehicle parking place it is sometimes necessary to drive in the centre of the road when turning in order to avoid hitting the pothole. This can be dangerous when other vehicles are approaching from the opposite direction.

  • Resident called again asking for updates regading this enquiry.
Resident is saying that the pot hole is getting bigger more like a crater and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Can you please provide some updates when this will be dealt with?

    Thank you!
