Blocked drain on highway near bus stop close to Dunelm store

Long standing blocked drains and crumbling drain covers creating potholes along Luton Road near to Dunelm store . Pathway is very narrow and during heavy rain flooding causing speeding cars and lorries to drench the public along the path.
