  • Customer called asking for an update. They were previously told that an optic cable would be put up the gully to check it. They also advised that the road surface is degrading due to the surface water and it was only replaced about 2 years ago. Also other residents properties are being affected and likely to report the issue if they haven't already.

  • "No Parking" cones causing disruption. Water still pouring down the road into the property. Unable to complete building works as the area never dries enough to do the work. Water is also causing a large pothole on the relatively new surfaced road. What date is the scheduled work going to be done?

  • Customer called to chase this report He said that he wanted to add more detail to the situation. Conway visited last week and investigated. the contractor could not get his equipment past 52m so he could not tell where the water needed to go. the contractor also said that he will send a report back to the council and his recommendation is that the drain is dug up to see where the blockage is. The customer said that during the winter the water will back up and flood foundations of the houses. The customer would like to talk to someone regarding this issue as he said this has been ongoing since last year.
