Customer email:
I reported this street light as not working a couple of months ago, but so far nothing has been done. The lamp is at an important road junction on Silsoe High Street. MK45 4EP
It is street lamp no 6 and is opposite the exit of Ampthill road onto the High Street. Please forward this email for action by the appropriate team. The other means of informing you has clearly been fruitless!

Customer email:
It has still not been attended to. Please can you give me a time when it will be addressed. ItÂ’s a crucial entry exit route onto the high street and with no lighting presents a hazard. Four months it has been thus.
Thank you

Morning all,
Please see email below.
CRN was raised in May and has no updates posted to this. What is the issue here please, has it been inspected yet and what is the issue with the column in question and finally, when will this likely be repaired?

Customer email escalated to Streetlight Team and HLT
Please note that no action has been taken for this. I made a formal complaint last year and this is a crucial light at an important junction for children crossing.
Regards and let's kick into gear
