Opposite 32 Shortmead Street

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406742.

The street-light on the far side of the road from 32 Shortmead street on the zebra crossing is still not working.

This was first reported in February.

Please urgently fix and drivers can not see people on the crossing.

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved.
