Traffic Lights 14 and 15 on the A5505

Hello, the pedestrian crossing at this location (Traffic Lights 14 and 15 on the A5505) constantly emit the red glowing button and man, and do not change to a green man when it is time to cross the road. Its been an issue for about a week, I first saw this issue on Tuesday 21st May. I have seen a lot of Elderly people struggle with crossing the road due to this problem. I would greatly appreciate someone coming out to fix this. Kind Regards :)
