Wilstead Hill

Reported via desktop in the Road Surface category by Colin West at 21:46, Sun 26 May 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407313.

As already stated this road - the A6 northbound - is a fast road despite warning signs and a temporary imposed speed restriction of 40 mph. The road is very undulating, similar to the A6 farther down in Wilstead parish a few years ago, before the road was completely resurfaced. The A6 northbound is getting worse at this site and there appears to be no attempt to resolve the issue. An update of any future action is required. Thank you. Colin West, Wixams - a regular user of this stretch of road.
