Footpath from Banks Close to Church Walk

At the beginning of footpath nearest to Banks Close, the concrete has risen four inches which caused an accident where I tripped and fell causing abrasions on arm and knee. Luckily no bones were broken.

    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
