Surface water from leaked pipe

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407802.

Water leak has been here for weeks now, further down the road another leak has started which has caused the road to crumble and a huge pothole to form. This leak has been reported several times and the posts keep getting ignored.
