School crossing flasher, Leighton Rd

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407883.

There has not been a school crossing patrol this school year (maybe longer). The flasher was indicating today, a Sunday afternoon. Not only is the sign timing incorrect, it is questionable whether the sign should be installed. Same with other sign near Leigh Close
