Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407927.
Marston Mortaine Lounge India restaurant appears to have had some kind of new, rather flimsy rear extension attached - not sure whether planning permission was required/agreed, IDK! Also, lots of rubbish left on the roof of the first floor back entrance - door always appears to be left open too - as per photo. And, everything that was removed from what I can only imagine was from their original rear side smoking area, had been there for a few months now, dumped across the back of the building plus all kinds of other random items too. This is a restaurant, so outwith all of the above, it may ordinarily be enticing all kinds of unwelcome vermin to the area too without what is currently stacked there. Plus, so many local houses look onto this rather unsavoury vista too. Hey, the front is obviously fabulous, but, the rear is a total eyesore for many local neighbours. And, parking for restaurant visitors is now becoming a much more sensitive issue too. TIA, look forward to hearing from you please. D. Pressland
