Maple Tree School

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408512.
The hedge has not been maintained at all now for several years. Growing wild and in excess of 8 foot in places. Trees never been maintained or pollarded. They continue to grow bigger and encroaching more and more onto my property. The whole area is a total mess and the school don't want to listen to my concerns.
I understand that a line of hedges and tress is termed a "high hedge" as they are more than 2m in height. This is what we have hard up against our property boundary. I am therefore complaining about this "high hedge" under Section 8 of the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003. We are aware that there are numerous roots expanding across our boundary, and because of this point I am also claiming nuisance against the school. Finally, I am also claiming my "right to light". The windows of my property have been here for more than 20 years (house built in 1997, before the school existed).
I have tried emailing my three local councillors and CBC but no-one appears to be answering my emails. So lets see how far I get using this method.

Can this report be re-assigned to CBC Planning? Highways have no jurisdiction here as it's a private hedge affecting private property. Planning may be able to help. Alternatively customer can go back through customer services to try and speak with Planning directly.
