Due to oncoming stream of traffic and stream of cars behind me, I was forced up onto grass verge to get passed a white van outside this address. I heard a crack and went back to see what it was and I saw a black plastic drawing cover that had cracked and come off. Not sure if it was already off but I’d say that it needs replacing. Thankyou

    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
