Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408871.
The barriers have been ripped out again and thrown into the school field. This is so the small bikes that kids are using to speed round to our street.

Customer called to say one post has been put back the other posts possibly two or three posts are still are still in the school grounds opposite side of the fence
