  • Hello - the report is closed as it was logged with Highways. The playground is on CBC Assets land - we sent the report back to our Customer Services team, who logged the report with CBC Assets under a different system/software, so this report gets shut off on our system as it's been re-logged with another department and there's no action needed from Highways. The previous report was updated with a new reference number - HLP007008. This will need to be referenced when speaking with customer services when chasing up.
