Thank you for your Highways report.
An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

Lamp is still not worked since reported in July. Work order raised in August but still not working . Area is now very dark. Located in front of number 10 Lychmead . Lamp column number 4 -------Email sent to street lighting

Resident called asking for an update as she has not heard anything from the team.
The street has been in full darkness for months and o updates provided.

Resident has called again regarding the light She would like an update as to when this will be fixed as it is very dark and a safety risk for pedestrians
I will email the Streetlighting team and the Highways Liason Team -
Resident called again asking for an update as when this light is going to be fixed as it has not worked for 7 months.
Resident is getting frustrated as they have been waiting for a long time, i advised that the team is still waiting for a date from the contractor.
Email sent to Streetlight Team and Highways Liaison team.

Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. The column was replaced follwing being damaged. We are currently waiting for UK Power networks to install a new electricity connection to the column in order to bring this into service. We do not currrently have a timescale for this and have escalated this with them.
