The street lamps have not been working since we moved here and is very difficult to use our cctv doorbell and cameras with no street lights

Customer called to advise that they saw the contractors this morning at around 09:30 and asked if there were there to sort out the lights which they were. The customer guided them to the lights that are the problem and they were only there 5 minutes before leaving.
Customer advised that this is the second report they have made the first being in November 2023. They advised that neighbours have also reported it and it is so dark in the are they cannot use there security cameras as it is too dark and things are going on outside their flats.
Customer would like an update on when the lights will be fixed. -
Light in front of the flats no 31 still needs to be fixed

Resident called advising that the streetlights has wires exposed and needs to be fixed urgently.
