I write on behalf of Chalgrave Parish Council as an elected councillor. There is an unbelievable amount of flytipping at the end of the lane on which I live. The space it resides is used as a turning place for tractors to enter the opposite field as well as a passing place for safe movement. It must be removed as a matter of urgency
