Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410627.
Young tree planted on one side of the junction has come away from their support and the other is loose and could also come adrift.

You said in August that the straps and stakes would be replaced once the watering season is over. As you can see from the attached photo the tree is still in an unstable position.

We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work.
