Missing man hole cover along Grendall Lane the first half of Grendall Lane which has been adopted by CBC. Grendall Lane is off Thorn Rd . GIS map indicates that the first half of Grendall Lane has been adopted Missing man hole cover is very near the Amazon building

  • Resident called asking from some updates as when is the manhole going to be fixed as he is scared that someone will have an accident or even fall into the hole.

    Resident advised that he had put something around the manhole but that is not a permanent fix.

    Can we please have an update as to when this will be looked at or fixed?

  • Another referral to Highways Liasion Team as customer never heard anything from 18th December when Jo referred to the team, have asked them to call customer on mobile who has chased today. reported August last year.

    We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).
