Behind 65 Danes Way and alongside the Brook and railway line

A large tree has died , all leaves have turned brown over the last week , from what I can see the tree is leaning over and could fall? The tree is alongside the brook and small railway line I did report by phone on 30/8/24 but not report has been created

According to the Land Registry, number 65 owns the land right up to the edge of the brook.

The tree is the other side of the brook not on Danes Way side The tree is so large it is leaning towards Danes Way Fencing
