Overgrown bushes and towering onto house. These are owned by CBC and I also have evidence of your workers cutting the bushes previously.

Customer called in regard to this enquiry asking for an update as this issue appears every year and it's causing major stress. I advised that the inspection date is the 15/10/2024. Customer is looking forward to this matter to be resolved.

We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

Resident called again saying that she has received an email stating that the tree is not ours and that is a school tree and not a walking path tree and needs to be trimmed as soon as possible as is already touching the windows and the roof.
Residents said that they also sent a picture.

Resident had called again advising that this not a school tree and is a walking path tree and needs to be looked at as soon as possible as this is causing a very big nuisance for the residents.
