Footbridge (swingbridge) across the river connecting footpaths 3 and 4

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411020.

The left hand railing (as you cross from footpath 3 to 4) is loose in the ground again and needs tightening please. This appears to be an annual issue when we have dry weather.
