Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411028.

Extremely over grown tree in front of number 15 Chaul End Road, Caddington, LU1 4AS.

The tree towers over the house .

That the roots have started to make the footpath uneven and due to being over 90 years old . DOB : 27 / 07 /1929. She is concerned that she will have an accident. Plus the tree debris are getting into her guttering

  • Spoke to Mrs Hartman and informed her what the TO has said about the tree. See previous notes.

    Today also Mrs Hartman has been put through to housing repairs for them to ask a surveyor to carry out an inspection on the uneven block pavement directly in front of her front door. Which has been made uneven due to the tree roots
