Along track beside 9a Shefford Road, Clophill which runs to farmland behind

There are three trees on your track right on the fence line but your side. They are self seeded and now in danger of damaging my fence and worse the third tree is right beside my house and am concerned about damage to foundations. The ash tree has die back. In a previous correspondence you told me it was my problem but the track is used by the tenants of the farmland and wouldn’t think I had the right to block the track in order to remove the trees. The trees need removing please.
