Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411247.
Tree has been allowed to get to wide and tall. Completely blocks view of street and is very imposing. Needs lower branches removing also. Overhangs garden and have concerns over spread of roots on such a big tree. Has been reported several times before by neighbours also but has never been pruned. Trees further up street have been pruned previously and had lower branches removed
