Hi I work for Habinteg Housing Association. In the photo we have a missing manhole cover. 90% of the hole is on our land but 10% looks like it's part of the path. So my question is; Is the 10% yourselves or maybe Highways Dept. We need to be speaking to one of you. Thanks Stuart Crawley tel: 07736 043 128.
