Coming from Toddington village/Leighton Road direction towards Tebworth, there are two bin bags on large left hand verge.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF013268.

Couldn’t see the contents of the first bin bag however the 2nd one, just a bit further up on the same side, seems to be loft insulation. I noticed this a few weeks back and reporting it now as it’s still there. Will provide a photo tomorrow once I’m back along that road again.

I received an update to say that no bags were found at this location. I have passed there today and there’s still a black bag of loft, or perhaps wall, insulation.
