3/5 Verne Drive

Reported via desktop in the Drains/Ditches Blocked category anonymously at 08:35, Sun 22 September 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411681.

As happened many times before, failure to clean the drains in verne drive causes a flood outside of our houses. If the rain continues, it will overflow and escape down our drive and through the garage. In extremis, as it did last time, we end up up to our calves in water trying to prevent water entering the house. Early intervention clearing the gulleys helps. However as was agreed last time the 2 drains need to be upgraded. 07854844233
