Drain in corner of garages blocked casing flooding in to gardens at 55 57 and 59 Fensome drive

  • Customer has called in again today, he is following up this drain area, concerned because fo hte recent rainfall, where the drain is it takes the water from the whole of the close - if e can check this one as soon as possible. He cleared a lot of mud away from the drains 1-2 foot of mud blocking the pipe to drain away.

  • Resident has called again saying that 2 drains are getting full again because they are blocked and is affecting their gardens.

    Resident has tried to unblock the drains to his best abilities but that did not help.

    Resident is getting frustrated that this issue has not been resolved yet.

    I contacted the emergency team to make them aware ref number 3081
