Another customer called in as concerned of vulnerable residents that live around here, the drains are blocked and causing a lot of flooding - called Amy at E/Team who logged under reference 2920

Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspxAfter inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.

Customer has called back in as Sandy Lane leads onto Aspley Hill which is an area of concern as drains are overflowed and mud all over the place, lot of school children use the area to walk so needs to be checked again please before any more rain comes again this week. Customer is sending pictures to CS inbox for attention of highways.
