Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411911.

Hi the entrance to allotment floods and it runs down in to houses. 34 and 36 Maidenbower ave. Also have a drain on property 36maidenbower that seems to be blocked further down than we can clean.
