Traffic lights as you enter/ leave Dunstable south

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412399.

The traffic lights at this junction are still confusing drivers. They were changed about a year ago & had were replaced with a green arrow. However when coming out of Dunstable there is a red light - which is ment for the road to the right - but drivers still think it means red for the main road even though there is a green light so they hesitate. It is a confusing set up.
