Manhole/Inspection cover

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412401.

There is a metal manhole lid/cover on the Bedford Road path, in the middle of the path, directly in front of the exit from the pathway to Roman Gardens that has rust holes appearing in its surface. I regularly push my disabled wife's wheelchair over it to go to the shops ( it cannot be avoided) and I am sure the wheels will eventually go through the surface at it continues to decay. Please replace this cover/lid.
