Entrance to Poplar Close from Hillside Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 412416.

This Pothole has been getting bigger and Bigger every week since February it is now about 14 inches at its widest and about 4 inches deep its location is dead centre so as you turn into Poplar close one or other of your wheels disappears into it why it was not repaired when you carried out other repairs ion the road earlier this year I don't know false economy. I suggest you bring back direct labour those guys used their brains and repaired damaged roads as and when they saw them.

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)
