Ringway Jacobs (Central Bedfordshire Council) footpath improvement works to FP12 adjacent to Brookbanks, contractors have removed spoil for the improvement of the surface and have piles material against property boundary wall. This now means that verge is higher than the DPC of the boundary wall and needs to be removed before damage is caused to the boundary wall. Material needs to be removed and original level reinstated so that water is not trapped against wall and DPC is effective, at present there is non-permissible interference of property by CBC contractor.
