Conger Lane, Toddington

All the drains from top to bottom of the lane are fully blocked , this is causing flooding down the lane into a number of properties. My garage has been under 2 inches of water as the waterflow runs from the road onto the drive and into the garage. This has happened because of the blocked drains. This has been reported a number of times, no action has been taken. Items have been damaged and lost in my garage. This is totally avoidable if the water could flow in the drains. Please take action to avoid this happening a third time. Thank you. These drains have been blocked for at least two years!
