Hi We have had a landslip which is on Luton Council land However the footpath , and a large attenuation tank , belong to central Bedfordshire council We think potentially the attenuation tank belonging to central beds could have played a role in the erosion of the bank But it depends on the design of the tank and also it might be our drainage There's also a footpath we need to close Please could someone be in contact joanna.mccrudden@lutonrising.org.uk 07528638536
