Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412566.

This drain is blocked all the way up to the grate with gravel and debris. Every time it rains, water just runs straight over the top and floods the road and has done for 2-3 years. The flood water covers the road and into my driveway causing my block paving driveway to be undermined and I have had to get it reset every spring for the past 3 years costing me a total of £1600. Unless the council stands by its obligation to keep this drainage clear, I will be sending the next invoice to the council offices and seeking advice from my representation as the councils negligence is impacting my personal property and causing financial impact. Please address this.
